Because each item is made just for you, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and stay true to our sustainability values.

We encourage double checking our size guide before purchasing. Since each product is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns for incorrect size selections.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Refunds

If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be issued within 5–7 business days.
